Welcome to Coming to Peace

Facilitated by Amy Lynn with Your Heart Centered

Integrative Conflict Resolution for Harmony and Understanding

Introduction to Coming to Peace: Coming to Peace is a unique and highly effective integrative conflict resolution method that offers facilitators a productive way to identify and resolve the interpersonal friction that can arise in families, groups, organizations and within the self. Developed by Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., this transformative approach draws from indigenous practices of conflict resolution, Buddhist philosophy, and Depth Hypnosis, offering a comprehensive pathway towards resolution and understanding.

Our Approach: At Your Heart Centered, we facilitate the Coming to Peace process, providing individuals, families, and teams with a safe and supportive space to navigate conflicts and cultivate harmony. Our sessions are rooted in principles of radical responsibility, compassion, honesty, and equality, allowing each participant to express their perspectives without interruption or judgment.

What We Offer:

  • Facilitated Sessions: Each session provides space for individuals to listen and understand each other’s experiences, fostering conscious listening and peaceful resolution to move the group forward.
  • Conflict Resolution Techniques: We guide groups to understand each person’s position in the conflict and encourage personal responsibility for contributions, leading to peaceful consensus and shared agreements on how to move forward.
  • Cultivation of Inner Guidance: Participants are encouraged to connect with their inner wisdom during sessions, facilitating deeper understanding and resolution.
